The Telus building features a dramatic cantilever enabled by the Deep-Dek® deep-ribbed composite floor, which can achieve clear spans of 36 feet.
Deep-Dek® Composite boasts span-to-depth rations equal to traditional cast-in-place concrete and hollow-core plank.
Mechanical piping and most ducts seamlessly integrate with Deep-Dek®, maximizing floor-to-ceiling heights.
The design of the Telus Garden building called for towering open spaces, which made Deep-Dek® long-span composite floor system the ideal solution.
The aesthetically pleasing deep-ribbed composite floor system saves space and project cost by eliminating the need for dropped ceiling panels.
