A smooth, curved building component, Curve-Dek® is a unique steel deck solution that meets the growing demand for curved steel roof and canopy applications. Fabricated in our N Deck profile, Curve-Dek® is available in standard and cellular configurations, with or without acoustical options.
Curve-Dek® architectural deck
Curve-Dek® architectural deck is available in bold, fluted, or smooth lineal textures as well as with a warrantied painted finish. It provides concave or convex curvatures and is available with optional acoustical properties to meet challenging design requirements.
Radius fabrication capabilities for N Deck panels:
- 20-gage decking will curve to a 220-foot radius
- 18-gage decking will curve to a 120-foot radius
Radius fabrication capabilities for Liner deck panels:
- 20-gage panels will curve to a 150-foot radius
- 18-gage panels will curve to a 100-foot radius
