NW32® and N Deck
Span large spaces and longer-spans economically
N Deck is available in standard, cellular, and inverted profiles
Types NW32® and N are 3-inch steel roof deck profiles that make large open spaces possible in structures such as gymnasiums, minimizing the number of structural supporting members required. Choose from 32-inch coverage, standard 24-inch coverage, cellular and inverted configurations. NW32® steel deck is available with nested or interlocking side-laps. N deck metal deck is available with nested side-laps only. All NW32® and N deck variations are available with acoustical options.
Available in lengths from 6 feet to 40 feet. Check with your local New Millennium facility for lengths outside these parameters. NW32® conforms to ASTM A1008/A1008M for uncoated and painted deck, and A653/A653M for galvanized deck. It’s approved by UL and ULC and is listed in the UL and ULC Fire Resistance Directories.
NW32® Deck
More than just a wider version of N deck, NW32® introduces several benefits. At 32 inches wide, NW32® is 33 percent wider than Standard N roof deck. Coverage is achieved with fewer panels, which means less labor, lower costs, and faster installation.
NW32® has yield strength up to 80 ksi. Refer to our Steel Roof and Floor Deck Design Guide for the minimum yield strength used for each deck type. Contact New Millennium for availability of higher yield strengths when required or use our deck specification tool to view load tables with commonly available non-standard yield strengths and/or gages.
